Cancellation Policy

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your trip and due at the time of booking. The remainder cost of the trip is due 7 days prior to your first scheduled date. If you cancel your trip with less than 30 days' notice, you forfeit the entire deposit. If you cancel your trip with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit the entire cost of the trip. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask you to let us know 48 hours ahead of your scheduled trip. Montana's weather is often adverse. We do not cancel trips due to inclement weather. If you are concerned about the possibility of a cancellation, we encourage you to purchase trip insurance. If you are trying to book a trip within 72 hours of your desired date, please call for availability.
